The purpose of the PTO is to promote the exchange of information and cooperation among parents, faculty and staff.  The PTO encourages parental and community involvement in the school and provides resources to enrich the education of Saint Patrick School Students.

PTO will be taking over the fundraising responsibilities that Mother’s Club (MC) used to do while MC will focus more on the Parish-School community building efforts. Many wonder why we need to fund raise. The answer is that tuition plus fundraising are the sources of income that cover the expenses for running the school. Fundraising allows tuition to remain lower than it otherwise would be. We hope to seek more external sources of fundraising. Feel free to email with any questions.
  • PTO Positions: Our Executive Board is looking for a Treasurer and an Events Director. In addition, we need classroom reps for each class. Any parent (dads included!) or guardian is able to serve on our PTO Board. Please go to the following form and suggest nominations for any of the open positions:
  • School Directory: Each year we compile a directory as a courtesy for our families. It is incredibly helpful to have your child(ren)’s classmates’ information at your fingertips. Please see this link to enter your information as you’d like it to appear in the directory:
  • PTO Membership/Donations: According to PTO bylaws, all parents or guardians are automatically PTO members and welcome to attend PTO meetings and serve on committees. We do not collect dues as a condition of membership, but we do request that families consider supporting the PTO with a donation to help subsidize some of the fun events such as the ice cream social, free dances with DJ for the students, Catholic Schools Week prizes and raffles, Field Day, 8th Grade Class Night and Breakfast, etc. You can send a check to St. Patrick School in an envelope marked “PTO” or go to and send in a donation via PayPal (please mark “PTO” in the notes section.) Suggested donations of $25-$100 per family would be greatly appreciated and help us do more fun and free things for the kids without dipping into our fundraising goal. As I mentioned last week, we hope all families will come forward in some way to help support our great school whether with their time, talent, treasure, or all three! We also gratefully welcome your prayers for a successful year!
  • Teacher’s Room: This year, each grade has the opportunity to pay it forward to our teachers by ensuring the teacher’s room remains stocked with some essentials (and treats) to help them get through each day. Each grade will be assigned a month during which any family is welcome to bring in items such as fruit, baked goods, water, cream/milk, ice cream novelties, coffee K cups, snacks/granola bars, etc. Following is the schedule for the school year. Any questions or to coordinate what you’d like to bring, you can contact PTO Secretary Stacy Muise at Don’t worry, we’ll remind you each moth!
